Pour 3.5 liters of water over the peas and cook for 40 minutes over medium heat.
While the peas are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Dice the potatoes, onions and carrots. Finely chop the fresh parsley.
Cut the hunting sausages into circles.
In a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry the onion and carrot. Then add the hunting sausages, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and sautéed hunting sausages to the peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Add fresh herbs to the finished pea soup and serve.
