Peas by themselves have a very pleasant taste, but also go well with mint. And if you serve everything with crackers, you get something extraordinary.
Heat oil in a saucepan, add chopped onion. Cook until soft.
Add mint and peas. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Puree with a blender or in a food processor. Salt, pepper to taste.
Serve with crackers. Enjoy your meal!
