Finely chop the onion.
Grate the cheese.
Cut the sausages into circles.
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add sausages to the onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato paste, half a glass of warm boiled water, salt and pepper to taste to the sausages.
Add garlic and bay leaf to the sauce.
Pour the pasta into boiling salted water.
Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions.
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Place the pasta in a deep bowl.
Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese.
Add the sauce to the pasta and stir.
Before serving, sprinkle the pasta and sauce with grated cheese and herbs.
