Place the pasta in boiling salted water.
Cook the pasta until tender, 7-10 minutes, following package directions. Drain.
Chop the garlic.
Finely chop the dill.
Grate the cheese.
Melt the butter in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Add flour.
Pour milk into the pan.
Add cheese and garlic to the sauce.
Stirring regularly, cook the sauce over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the prepared pasta to the sauce.
Mix the pasta and sauce thoroughly.
Divide the pasta in cheese sauce into serving bowls and garnish with chopped dill. Enjoy!
