Prepare the casserole base. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan for 6 minutes. Mix the fried vegetables with the raw mince, then add salt, pepper and beaten raw egg. Mix well.
Bake the casserole. Place one third of the boiled vermicelli in a baking dish, then half of the minced meat, another third of the vermicelli, the second half of the minced meat and the remaining pasta. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
