
Cook the vanilla-cream mixture. Pour the cream into a saucepan. Add the seeds and vanilla pod. Cover the container with a lid and put it on low heat for about 60 minutes.

Prepare the gelatin. Place the gelatin in a bowl and cover it with cold water according to the instructions on the package. Microwave the bowl with the gelatin for 1 minute.

Make panna cotta. Remove the vanilla pod from the vanilla-cream mixture. Add sugar and pour in gelatin. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour the mixture into molds or glasses and refrigerate for 2.5 hours.
