Place spinach and eggs in a blender bowl and chop thoroughly.
Then add flour, sugar, pour in milk. Beat the dough until it reaches the consistency of liquid sour cream. Pour in vegetable oil, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Take the dough up to the middle of the ladle. Pour it into the heated frying pan and spread the dough over the surface. Fry until done on both sides. Repeat the procedure until the dough is finished.
