Maslenitsa is a Slavic holiday, where the main treat is pancakes, symbolizing the sun. In addition, pancakes are a calling card of Russian cuisine. There are many recipes for their preparation and serving: sweet, with toppings, stuffed. We offer a recipe for thin pancakes, which can be served with butter, sour cream or condensed milk.

Step 1
