Cottage cheese pancakes are a delicious dish for breakfast or afternoon snack. To prepare them, you don’t need to buy granular cottage cheese; regular packaged cottage cheese will do. You can serve jam, condensed milk, honey or syrup as an additive to cottage cheese pancakes. If you decorate the pancakes with fresh fruits or berries, chocolate topping and mint, the dish turns into a real treat.

Mix cottage cheese, sugar and salt.

Add sifted flour and chicken egg to the resulting mass.
Step 3

Knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous.

Place the pancakes on a frying pan, having previously greased it with vegetable oil.

Fry the pancakes until golden brown over medium heat. Serve the pancakes.
