Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
Pour milk into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour sifted flour into a bowl.
Melt the butter and add it to the resulting base along with the salt.
Use a whisk to make the mixture smooth.
Grease a heated frying pan with olive oil. Pour the resulting dough onto it. Cook the pancake for one minute over medium heat.
Turn the pancake over and fry the other side until golden brown. Repeat this procedure with all the pancakes.
Serve the pancakes with condensed milk hot.
