
Grate the apples.

Place the grated apples in a deep bowl. Add eggs, flour, sugar and cinnamon.

Mix everything until smooth.

Put the frying pan on the fire to heat up. Pour olive or vegetable oil on it. Put a few spoons of dough with apples on it.

Fry the pancakes on each side until golden brown over low heat. To make the apple pancakes less greasy, you can place them on a paper towel.

The apple pancakes are ready. Serve them hot. Add jam, honey, condensed milk or maple syrup to the pancakes.
