Fry whole garlic cloves in a hot pan. In the same oil, fry red and yellow peppers, diced and red onion in cubes.
Add pieces of chicken fillet, breaded in starch, fry until tender.
Add green peas, boiled rice, sliced chorizo sausage, salt, pepper, paprika, chopped parsley and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges before serving.
