Place the steaks in a deep plate.
Add teriyaki sauce, ground black pepper, vegetable oil and the juice of half an orange.
Add dried herbs and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the steaks on it.
Bake the steaks in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle the steaks with sesame seeds.
Serve the teriyaki turkey steaks hot, with herbs, fresh lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.
