Boil the chickpeas. Place the soaked chickpeas in salted water and cook for 30 minutes. Throw them in a colander and let the water drain.
Cook the chickpeas in the oven. Place the peas in a deep dish. Add oil, dry spices, salt, pepper, and mix. Put parchment on a baking sheet and arrange the chickpeas in one layer on it. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-30 minutes until golden brown. Then let the chickpeas cool without removing them from the oven.
