
Prepare an omelette. To do this, combine the egg, milk and a pinch of salt in a deep plate. Mix well with a fork or whisk. Heat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and pour in the whipped mixture.

Combine the bread with the omelette. Place 2 slices of bread on the liquid mass. Cover the pan with a lid and let the omelette set. Fry for 4-5 minutes on low heat.

Fry the omelette sandwich on both sides. Carefully lift the omelette from the bottom with a wide spatula and turn it over in one motion. Cover with a lid and fry the omelette on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Make a sandwich. To do this, lift one side of the omelette from the bottom and fold it in half in one motion. Carefully transfer to a plate, cut diagonally into two halves and enjoy. Enjoy!
