Make an omelette. Take a deep bowl and break the eggs into it. Add salt and pepper, whisk. Add mayonnaise and stir. Add grated cheese to the mixture and stir. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Pour the resulting mixture into it. Fry the omelette on low heat for 2 minutes. Cover with a lid and steam for another 1 minute. Do not turn the finished omelette over so as not to damage its integrity. Place it on a large flat dish. Let the omelette cool.
Prepare the roll. Mix the processed cheese with dill and garlic. Spread the filling evenly over the omelette. Carefully roll up the egg roll and place it seam side down. Wrap tightly with cling film.
