
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Cut the sausage into cubes.

Combine eggs, grated cheese and sausage in a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the omelette mixture until smooth.

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Place the unfolded lavash on the frying pan, and carefully pour the omelette mixture into the center.

Roll the lavash into an envelope and start heating the frying pan.

Fry the omelette in pita bread until done for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
