Mix cereal, juice and 250-300 ml of drinking water in a bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 8-12 hours.
Mix yogurt, honey and zest. Add porridge and stir.
Grate the apple on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lime juice. Mix in prepared oatmeal mixture. Divide into bowls. Add coarsely chopped hazelnuts and raspberries, garnish with cream. Serve
