1. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Add diced butter grind it all together. Pour milk, knead the dough. 2. Add grated cheese, mix. 3. Preheat the oven to 220ºС. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 4 mm thick, cut into strips 1 cm wide. Transfer the strips to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. BTW For this recipe it is better to use Russian or Dutch cheese.
