Beat eggs with spices and cream, mix in flour. From the resulting dough in hot vegetable oil, prepare 4 portioned omelettes. Preheat oven to 200˚C.
Sprinkle the omelettes with nuts and seeds, fold in half, place in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake. Cucumber cut into thin strips, finely chop the dill. Decorate the omelets with cucumber and dill.
