Take the butter out of the fridge ahead of time to soften.
In a blender, grind the cookies with butter and cinnamon until smooth. Put the mass on the bottom of the form (I have a diameter of 26 cm), as well as forming the sides. Refrigerate for an hour (or freeze for 20 minutes).
Prepare the filling: Whisk cream cheese with sugar. Spread over cookie base.
Strawberries (you can cut curly roses, you can just like that) put on top of the butter cream. Remove for another hour in the refrigerator. When serving, you can pour a little honey over the top of the serving.
