
Add grated onion, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs to the mince. Mix well. Roll the mince into balls and place them on top of the pasta.

In a separate bowl, combine the cream and water, add salt and pepper. Mix. Pour the sauce over the pasta and minced meat. Place the saucepan with the pasta on high heat. As soon as the dish boils, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the minced meat with cheese, cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
