
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Take a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil, fry the onions and add butter.

Add grated carrots to the pan. Fry the vegetables until softened.

Add the minced chicken to the pan. After the minced meat is lightly fried, add the pasta to the pan and pour boiled water over it.

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients. Once the water evaporates and the pasta becomes soft, the dish is ready!
