
Lightly sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to it. Roll the dough into thin layers 0.5 cm wide.

Trim the dough to form round bases.

Grease the bases generously with ketchup.

Prepare the filling: cut the tomatoes into half rings, the sausage into strips, and the olives in half. Put the filling on the dough. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it generously on the mini-pizzas.

Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. When the pizzas are ready, sprinkle them with finely chopped herbs.
