- Chicken egg - 60 g
- Onions - 100 g
- Broth - 30 g
- Salt - 2 g
- Ground black pepper - 2 g
The most important thing in pelmeni is the filling. Of course, you can make things easier for yourself and buy minced meat for pelmeni in the store. But no one will make it better than you yourself. To prepare homemade minced meat, we chose two types of meat - pork and beef, so that the taste of the filling for pelmeni would be more intense. And a little life hack: the minced meat will turn out tender, but at the same time quite dense if you add a little meat broth to it.
