Mimosa Salad with Corn
Ingredients
- Canned pink salmon - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 240 g
- Canned corn - 380 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
- Carrots - 80 g
- Dill - 8 g
The Mimosa salad has been the main decoration of the holiday table since Soviet times. Traditionally, it includes potatoes, but they can be replaced with corn. This way, the salad will be quicker to prepare, because potatoes require preliminary boiling, while corn just needs to be taken out of the can. It can be prepared with both canned fish and crab sticks.
Step 1

Make a salad. Put corn on the bottom of a serving dish, spreading mayonnaise on top. Put pink salmon on top, add salt and pepper. Then cheese and a little mayonnaise. Next, carrots and mayonnaise. Put egg white, spread mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with yolk on top. Serve the salad chilled.
