Kissel is a drink that both adults and children love. Try making milk-based kissel and decorating it with chocolate, your favorite berries or fruits, adding syrup or something else: the field for experiments has no limits! And if you serve milk kissel chilled, it will become even thicker and turn into a wonderful light dessert after dinner. And most importantly, this drink-dessert is prepared quickly and from handy ingredients.
Step 1

Boil one glass of milk and dissolve one tablespoon of starch in it. Stir well.
Step 2

Boil the remaining milk, add sugar and vanilla.
Step 3

Pour the diluted starch into the saucepan with milk little by little. Stir the mixture all the time to avoid lumps. Bring it to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 4

Pour the dessert into molds. Cool.
Step 5

Decorate the jelly with berries or chocolate chips and refrigerate for an hour.
