The most delicious, nutritious (protein food) is the word of a man, and most importantly, a healthy sandwich that is prepared very quickly will make you forget about hunger in the next 2-3 hours. Ideal for breakfast, as a hearty snack and as a light dinner for those who follow the figure (only in this case it is better to use whole grain or bran bread).
We put the chicken fillet in cold salted water and cook for a maximum of 7-8 minutes
While the chicken is cooking, take two slices of bread and grease with curd cheese
Cut the cucumbers into circles (thinly) and put on sandwiches
We take out the chicken - let the chicken cool down - cut into strips (it will be more convenient to eat our sandwich). Note: See Helpful Hint!
We take a couple of slices of tomato and put on a sandwich, cover with cheese on top.
If you cook in the oven, put it in it for 5-10 minutes (wait for the cheese to melt). If you cook in the microwave, then 1 minute is enough and our sandwich will be ready.
