Make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes and peel them. Then chop finely.
Fry the garlic in olive oil and add the tomatoes. Then add the tomato paste, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Chop and mince the beef and red onion. Add the egg, spices and garlic to the mince and mix well.
Grease the form with olive oil, put the mince and cover with foil. Cook for 30 minutes at 175 °C.
Add spices to the sauce and simmer for another 20 minutes.
After 30 minutes of the meat being in the oven, pour in the sauce and cook for another 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the roll with cheese and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
