Prepare the mince for the meatballs. Finely chop the onion. Add it to the bowl with the ground meat. Also add the egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the meatballs in there and fry them on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Add salt, pepper and Italian herbs to the sour cream, stir, then pour in warm water.
Pour the resulting sauce into the pan with fried meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place the meatballs on a plate, drizzle with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy!
