
Cut the meat into medium sized pieces.

Place the cutlets in a preheated frying pan with some vegetable oil.

Fry the cutlets until done, 7-8 minutes on each side.

If necessary, remove excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Place the finished zrazy on portioned plates and garnish with chopped dill. Enjoy!
