Ingredients

Zrazy are meat cutlets or rolls with some kind of filling, such as mushrooms, cheese, potatoes or onions. The dish is traditional for Belarusian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Polish cuisines.

Cut the meat into medium sized pieces.

Chop the onion.

Put the meat through a meat grinder.

Add salt, pepper, chicken egg to the minced meat and knead the minced meat.
