Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 400 g
- Pork fat - 60 g
- Onions - 100 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 70 g
- Celery stalk - 150 g
- Water - 100 g
Meat with celery is a healthy combination of two different products. Celery adds a tart, spicy aroma and a pleasant sweet-bitter taste to the dish. The vegetable reduces the level of uric acid, which increases when eating meat, cleanses the body of toxins. It is better to take pork pulp, celery leaves or roots. The dish is easy to prepare, the meat is juicy and soft.
Step 1

Prepare the meat. Fry the bacon and pork tenderloin in a frying pan over high heat for 15 minutes until browned. Add the chopped celery and onion. Stir. Reduce heat to medium. Fry for 10 minutes.
