Mix the garlic with 75 g of sour cream, coat each piece of meat on both sides with the resulting mixture and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan with heated oil, fry the onion and mushrooms until golden brown, add flour, remaining sour cream, salt and mix the mixture well. After 1 minute, remove from heat.
Spread the filling over the meat and form rolls. Place the pieces in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes before they are ready.
Serve the meat rolls with your favorite side dish.
