Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the addition of 50 ml. cream. Next, mix the chocolate until a homogeneous consistency and, if necessary, further dilute with cream to a creamy state.
Dip marshmallows into chocolate until the middle or a little more. Due to the porous structure, chocolate fits well on marshmallows in a thick layer.
If desired, before the chocolate has hardened, sprinkle it with decorations or powdered sugar.
