Sterilize the jars in any convenient way - steam, microwave or in a hot oven for 15 minutes, boil the lids for screwing.
Cut the apple into slices.
Place tomatoes, parsley, and apples in layers in the jar. Repeat the steps until the container is full.
In a bowl, mix salt and sugar.
Add the required amount of boiling water in the amount needed to fill the jar. Stir until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.
Pour the sweet and salty boiling water into the jar and roll up the lid. Turn the jar upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket so that the tomatoes cool down gradually. The winter snack is ready!
