Take a bowl and pour flour into it.
Add the chicken egg to the flour.
Add boiled water.
Knead the dough well.
Finely chop the onion. Chop the fresh herbs separately.
Chop the breast fillet with a knife. Place the meat and herbs in a deep bowl. Add salt, black pepper and seasonings to taste.
Add finely chopped onion.
Mix all ingredients well.
Form a roll from the dough, having previously rolled it out with a rolling pin.
Cut the finished roll into several equal parts, as shown in the photo.
Roll the dough pieces into balls and roll them into thin circles.
Place the pre-prepared meat filling in the center of each of them.
Now connect the edges and form the manti.
Take a deep frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and start frying the manti.
Pour boiling water over the manti.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the manti until the water evaporates.
Take a nice plate and place the manti on it.
