Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Boil the pasta in a saucepan. Cook until al dente, 5-7 minutes after the water boils, i.e. not completely done.
Take a frying pan and melt butter in it. Add wheat flour to the frying pan.
Pour milk into the pan. Mix all ingredients in the pan until smooth.
Add grated cheese to the pan and stir.
Add the boiled pasta to the pan. Mix everything well and fry a little on low heat. Don't forget to stir occasionally so that the pasta doesn't stick to the pan.
