Chop the liver as finely as you can.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Mix the liver, onion, egg, flour in a deep container until smooth and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Form flat wide cutlets and fry them in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 5-6 minutes.
Place the finished pancakes on portioned plates and sprinkle the dish with herbs. Enjoy!
