Prepare the berries. Place the washed or defrosted berries in a container and mash them a little.
Make a concentrate. Sprinkle sugar on top of the berries in a thin stream so that it covers the lingonberries without mixing with them completely.
Make a tincture. Pour vodka into a container with berries and sugar. Pour carefully, in a thin stream. As a result, the lingonberries will rise to the top, and the sugar will grow over time. No need to shake the liquid. Cover with a lid and put the jar in a dark place for 21 days.
Strain the tincture. Take out the drink, shake well. Strain the tincture through gauze folded in 3-4 layers.
