Lingonberry and apple jam is prepared very quickly, literally in 5 minutes. That's why the dessert was nicknamed "five-minute". This delicacy differs from traditional jam not only in the cooking algorithm. The essence is to preserve the integrity of the berries and the nutrients in them as much as possible. And if traditional jam preserves only 10-30% of the vitamins, then "five-minute" preserves all 70%. At the same time, the shelf life of such jam is up to 3 years. Therefore, it can be safely prepared for the winter.
Step 1

Make a five-minute jam from lingonberries and apples. Pour a glass of water into a saucepan, add apple peelings and boil for 2 minutes. Then remove and discard the peelings, add apples, put on the fire, add sugar and bring to a boil. Then add lingonberries to the apples. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
Step 2

Prepare for storage. Pour the jam into clean sterilized jars, screw on the lids, turn the lids down and leave until cool. Then put in the cold.
