Ingredients

Its regular consumption strengthens blood vessels and the heart, maintains the health of the thyroid gland and the musculoskeletal system. In addition, the fats in fish have a positive effect on brain function, and a large amount of protein satisfies hunger well and, thanks to this, helps to lose weight.
