A homemade version of Tarragon lemonade, beloved since childhood. Even tastier!
Mix 5 cups of water and sugar, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add 2/3 of the tarragon mashed with your fingers, cool and strain.
In a pitcher, mix syrup with lemon juice. Serve over ice, thinly sliced lemon and remaining tarragon sprigs.
