
In a bowl of a suitable size, combine the minced meat, prepared cabbage and rice, onion. Beat in the egg, add salt, ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Prepare the sauce. Fry the onion and carrot in a separate frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown for 5 minutes. Add sour cream, garlic, dried basil, and lightly salt. Pour in the flour and mix thoroughly. Gradually pour in the hot water, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat.

Prepare the cabbage rolls. Form the minced meat into oblong-shaped cabbage rolls of the desired size. Place them in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C. Then remove the dish, pour in the sour cream sauce and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes.
