Mix sour cream with dried herbs, pepper to taste, stir, let the resulting sauce sit for a while and stir again. Finely chop the smoked breast and herbs. Mix all ingredients.
Spread the lavash on the work surface, spread the resulting filling along the entire length of the sheet, leaving 1 cm from the edge, and roll it up. Do the same with the remaining sheets. Wrap the roll in cling film and put it in the refrigerator to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cut the soaked rolls into pieces 4-5 centimeters long and fry each cut for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
