Grind 4 kiwis with a blender until you have a puree with pieces. If you don’t have a blender, then crush the kiwis with a masher. Cut the remaining kiwi into 2-3 mm thick slices – they will be used for decoration.

In a deep bowl, mix the mashed kiwi pulp and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add sifted flour to the kiwi puree.

Knead the dough. Knead it until it becomes elastic and stops sticking to your hands.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.

Use a cookie cutter or a large glass to cut out shapes from the dough.

Place a kiwi slice in the center of each piece and press it in slightly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease it with vegetable oil and lay out the cookies. Put the cookies in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

The kiwi cookies are ready. Enjoy.
