Kiwi and Apple Smoothie

- Apples - 300 g
- Sugar - 25 g

In this recipe, we suggest making a smoothie from apples and kiwi. The drink turns out very tasty and healthy. It has very few calories, and if you replace sugar with fructose, it will become even healthier.
Step 1

Cut the kiwi into small pieces.

Cut the apples into small pieces as well.
Step 3

Place fruit in a tall measuring cup.

Blend the fruit with an immersion blender until smooth.
