
Fry the cutlets. Salt and pepper the mince, form cutlets less than 1 cm thick. Heat the frying pan and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Make burgers. Cut burger buns in half and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes on each side. Slice tomato and cucumber. Assemble the burger as follows: burger bun bottom, lettuce leaf, tomato, cheese slice, patty, cucumber, lettuce leaf, burger bun top.

Make the "crab". Cut an olive or cherry tomato in half and place it on the top bun - these will be the eyes. Place two tomato slices in front, so that their cores are facing each other - these are the front claws. Place cucumber slices vertically on both sides of the burger.
