Prepare the dough. To do this, pour kefir into a deep bowl, add salt, soda and sugar. Mix well with a fork for 3-4 minutes until bubbles appear. Add vegetable oil and mix. Add sifted flour in portions, stirring the mixture with a spoon. When the liquid is absorbed, start kneading the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough. Place it on a cutting board or table, sprinkle the surface with a little flour beforehand so that the dough does not stick, and knead. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes.
Form the flatbreads. Wet your hands with vegetable oil, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts. This way it won’t stick to your hands. Roll the balls with your palms, then flatten them so that they take the shape of flatbreads. Place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
