
Prepare the milk mixture. Pour milk and cream into a saucepan, stir and place on low heat, bring the mixture to a boil.

Prepare the egg mixture. Place the egg yolks in a water bath. Add sugar, adding it in small portions and whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture becomes milky, about 5 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Remove the boiled milk and cream from the stove. Pour the egg yolks into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Return the pan to the stove. Cook the mixture until it thickens completely, stirring constantly.

Cool the cream. Fill a large bowl with ice or cold water, place the saucepan with the cream in it, stir occasionally. Wait until the cream cools.

Prepare banana puree. Blend bananas in a blender until smooth, remove cream from the refrigerator and quickly combine with puree. Place the resulting mass in molds and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
